Description

Lead the 2WP EV innovation activity. Monitoring of EV technical trend and initiate innovation to
extend motor product portfolio based on market trends, technical trends and internal/external
requirements.
 Interface for drive system innovation globally and lead motor & drive system competence building
in China.
 Coordinate customer requests, check and agree customer specification, compile internal
specification/performance specification.
 Satisfy and coordinate development according to Product Engineering process (PEP). And Lead
motor design, output files of each project milestone, such as 2D/3D drawings, BOM, DFMEA,
DRBFM, SC. . .
 Detect & verify risk/problem, and compile test plan/matrix.
 Organize motor sample ordering, preparation, support sample building.
 Compile test plan/matrix for platform and application project.
 Implement DV/PV test and compile test report.
 Participate in design review and problem solving for comments with advice.
 Cooperate and coordinate with internal and external partners, such as RBIN, EM, RBMC,
CR/RMD-AP, suppliers, Customers)
 Contribution in RPP and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

Bachelors of automotive or Mechatronics engineering;
At least 5years automotive e-Axle design or application experience.
Brushless Motor Drive (EC motors/PMS Motors/BLDC Motors).
