Description

• Responsible for daily operation of shaker measurement test and environment combined vibration test, including equipment related (repair, maintenance .etc) and lab related (5S, standardization) tasks.
• Communicate with international development dept. and teams regarding technical details of shaker measurement test and vibration test.
• Define testing fixture and communicate with internal and external suppliers
• Design test methods in order to meet customer’s need.
• Troubleshooting and failure analyzing in vibration testing and measurement.
• Release test and measurement reports, documentation of performed tests and methods
• Provide technical training and support to technicians
• Create and maintain technical documentations
• Vibration lab consumable and spare part management.
• Accept additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree on electrical engineering or related
• At least 3 years of experience in product vibration test and environmental test.
• Familiar Automotive International standard and know ISO17025 lab management system
• Environmental combined vibration test and laser vibration measurement experience
• Active environmental test experience
• Solid knowledge in measurement and device control
• Automotive industrial is preferred
• Good English communication in writing and speaking
• Initiative, responsible, good communication.
