Description

• Focus on Panasonic/ASM placement machines, proficient in software and hardware of placement equipment, machine management include main equipment and the auxiliary tools such as nozzle, feeder and spare parts, etc.
• Focusing on continuous downtime reduction (hardware, software, program) improvements on equipment technical available.
• Improve NPM/ASM placement machine performance, e.g. attrition, UT, IDC …
• Technical support in product quality improvement, line re-configuration, Ut improvement, team competence enhancement
• Training of technicians and operators upon request by production requirement or according to training plan.
• Create work instruction, process data sheet, standardized work sheets for equipment and maintenance as well as other production or process related documents.
• BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP …)
• Professional problem-solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/quality/TPM problems.
• Cost saving activity (Spare parts, TPM, localization, …)
• Share good work style and attitude to colleagues and influce them.
• Arrange daily job to service tech, improve the work efficiency, competency, discipline, …
• Other tasks from supervisor and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above
• 2 years above working experience
• Have good experience for machine maintenance (placement machine)
• Good problem-solving skill
• Good at machine management
