Description

1.    Independently complete the PCBA design of proportional valve controllers, including schematic design, PCB layout, and BOM management. 独立完成比例阀控制器的 PCBA 设计，包括原理图设计、PCB 布局及物料清单管理
2.    Select and evaluate components, ensure compatibility and reliability of hardware circuits. 选型并评估元器件，确保硬件电路的兼容性和可靠性
3.    Collaborate with embedded software, actuator, sensor and mechanical design team to optimize controller. 与嵌入式软件，驱动器，传感器及机械设计团队协作，优化控制器
4.    Support hardware testing and validation, solve technical problems in the testing process. 支持硬件测试与验证，解决测试过程中的技术问题
5.    Provide technical support for production, participate in product trial production and process im-provement. 为生产提供技术支持，参与产品试生产及工艺改进
6.    Prepare and update design documents, ensure compliance with company standards and indus-try specifications. 编写及更新设计文档，确保符合公司标准及行业规范

Qualifications

1.    Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, automation, or related fields. 电子工程、自动化或相关专业本科以上学历
2.    Over 3 years of experience in PCBA design, with independent design capabilities. 3 年以上 PCBA 设计经验，具备独立设计能力
3.    Proficiency in EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD) and simulation tools. 熟练使用 EDA 工具（如 Altium Designer、Cadence、OrCAD 等）及仿真工具
4.    Familiar with embedded system hardware design, analog/digital circuit design. 熟悉嵌入式系统硬件设计、模拟 / 数字电路设计
5.    Knowledge of hydraulic proportional valve control principles. 了解液压比例阀控制原理
6.    Strong problem-solving ability. 较强的问题解决能力
7.    Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
8.    Fluent in English or German, both oral and written. 英语或德语听说读写流利
9.    Agile, studious, creative 敏捷，勤奋，有创新精神
10.    Planning, organizing experience 策划组织经验
