Roles & Responsibilities :
Successful execution of MDM projects by ensuring migration of Master Data on time and ensuring the overall integrity and effectiveness of MDM processes.

1. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solution designs align with project requirements.

2. Design and Architectural concepts of master data system built on STIBO Step

3. In depth knowledge of configuration in STIBO Step

4. Articulate the advantages of technical decision to stakeholders of various background

5. Collaborate with Project Managers, MDM Leads regarding scope, tasks, timeline and resource planning

6. Lead the STIBO STEP MDM platform readiness for Master Data migration

7. Review system up requirements and plan the work packages for the team

8. Follow the defined Roll Out checklist to plan and execute project activities

9. Ensure required customization, Interfaces set Up, LoV and mappings

10. Conduct quality reviews of the activities performed by the team

11. Align with Master Data business Leads to understand the business process and guide team with the required inputs

12. Review project wise migration status with MDM Leads and take corrective actions

13. Ensure defined transport procedure is followed by the team.

14. Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with team to document lessons learnt and knowledge database

15. Prepare and present weekly and Monthly status report for stakeholders

16. Identify the redundant and repetitive tasks to automate

17. Collaborate with Master Data Architects on the technical challenges and improvements

18. Understand the impact on Roll Out teams post new system release and technical upgrade

19. Oversee team operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

20. Handle complex and complicated ITR’s to provide on time solution

21. Validate the design and implementation of the new features overlapping with Roll Out teams

22. Conduct internal, partner, and customer training to ensure proficiency in MDM solutions and implementations

23. Design and plan testing for impact assessment of solution functionality, ensuring robust performance and quality

24. Conduct and participate in Solution Reviews to ensure design and implementation are in line with best practices and client expectations

25. Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes, ensuring proper design and alignment with business goals

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

MBA/BE/MCA/Other Bachelor / Master Degree

Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in STIBO STEP – MDM Solutions.

• Strong knowledge on MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEP

• Interact with customers to capture and understand requirement, and architect technical design, solution, and implement as a Lead technical architect

• Provide direction and resolve issues in complex technical topics in the project

• Fine tune solution Approach and provide technical assistance to team

• Good oral and written communication is a must.
