Description

Supply Chain planner plays a key role in the interface between customer, supplier and RBCW. The planner is overall responsible for customer demand fluctuation control, production planning, supplier ordering control, on time delivery and goods inventory control.                                                                              

• Be overall window contact to customers and supplier with regard to supply chain issues
• Customer demand planning according to standard planning process, responsible for the accuracy of short-term and long-term rolling forecast planning
• To make production planning for finish products based on Customer order planning
• To balance production capacity and customer Demand
• System data maintenance to ensure the reliability of relevant information in SAP system
• Daily monitoring of production output
• Daily monitoring of supplier delivery
• Daily monitoring of delivery to customer, and customer fluctuation control
• Inventory control and deadstock avoidance
• Regular internal report base on requirement
• CIP projects for LOP
• LOP dashboard
• LOP digital related duties
• Take on other duties assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree (supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or similar)
• 3 years or above customer production and material planning experience in a foreign-owned enterprise
• Internal trading business knowledge
• Supply chain knowledge
• Experience in ERP system
