Description

Software Project Manager for eCompresor inverter. Responsible for inverter SW development including Application and Base Layer Software in EEM for customer PS-TS.  Leading SW development and cooperating with inverter PM, TPM, System and HW domains.

Products: eCompresor inverter Electronics Development (potential other Drive Electronics )

Major Responsibilities:

1. Project management for eCom inverter SW projects

• Make SW project time plan according to customer requirements, inverter milestones and internal business strategies in the whole software development lifecycle
• Make SW project budget plan and control project cost
• Execute SW project meetings and join inverter SE meeting as SW representative
• Track OPLs and guarantee project milestones based on planned project schedule
• Prioritize and adjust software delivery and release goals based on inverter project plan/strategy
• SW project docs management
• Perform Configuration management and lead configuration audition for software development
• Perform change and risk management for software development
• Lead problem management for software development and support inverter level problem / configuration management
• Perform software release, generate release evaluation, lead software QGs and P2COM
• Prepare and present SW project status to stakeholders and team

1. Interface to system, HW engineering, QA, internal Software Supplier and customer
2. Follow company development engineering process and quality processes
3. Continuously improve local development process and ensure process compliance.
4. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor+ degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering
• 3+ years expirence on embeded SW development or SW project management in automotive
• SW project management experience w/ Autosar
• Familiar w/ automotive SW development process
• Good communication skill
• Quick learning capability
• Fluent English
