Description

• PS-CC BOM and ECR topic, regular checking of Bill of Material confirmation, including BOI BOM and components. Ensure stability, effective communication, and adherence to standards.
• New P/N and mass production P/N BOM maintenance and implementation for HmjP PS-CC Products.
• HmjP plant local coordination with Lead Plant and Bosch worldwide for Engineering Change Management, Products, and Material Change Management process.
• Act as a coordinator for product part number prohibition process.
• Sample coordinator for HmjP customer samples and support in following customer requirements.
• SAP WBS Key User, training users for WBS investment creation in SAP, problem-solving, and working with SAP experts.
• Coordination of preventive/inventory data management in POE.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

• IT, Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Strong in both written and spoken English (TOEIC ≥ 550 is a plus) and Thai
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics. Key player or familiarity with project management
• Skilled in organizing effective meetings with cross-functional teams. Flexible and open to regular changes
• Systematic thinker with a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for lifelong learning

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
