Optimization of transport routes. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement. Daily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations.

Organizing of special transport

• Regular checking of traffic routes, including the procedure for sending shipments.
• Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions)
• Checking Istar status

Reporting (KPIs)

• Monitoring key performance indicators
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement
• Detecting deviations

Tracking special shipments

• Daily tracking of all special freights
• Sending tracking reports to LOP planners
• Informing LOP in case of delay

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
• Advanced Excell skills
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English
