Description

• Lead and steer the value stream team related to Segment team
• Allocate resources according to business needs
• Define business cases per value streams business requirements (PuT, local requirements, Customer requirement)
• Drive and coach continuous improvement of the value stream based on system CIP approach on SQCD, define focus topics
• Set priorities in daily management and Improvement activities
• Align targets with expertise team
• Active contribute on definition of expertise team competences
• Drive BPS maturity improvement per business case needed
• Perform bench marks cross plants & competitors, to gain VSM product cost & quality advantages
• Lead & support “lead plant” to conduct process bench mark for improvement & competence building up

Qualifications

• Managerial:
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and actions
• Deriving sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience
• Basic business management knowledge (marketing, sales, controlling)
• Capability to seek & give feedback
• Coaching to enhance skills of team
• Technical:
• Solid know-how of BPS (Bosch Production System)
• Project management skills
• Digitalization skills sets Voz. MES, Analytics etc
• Basic product knowledge
