主な業務内容:

• 戦略的品質パートナーシップの構築
  • プロジェクトマネジメントおよび開発チームのコアメンバーとして、製品開発の初期段階から品質プロセスと要件を深く理解。先行的な視点で品質課題に取り組み、事業目標達成に貢献する品質戦略を共に築きます。
  • プロジェクト品質保証計画の承認プロセスにおいて、プロジェクトの特性に応じた最適な品質戦略を提案・策定し、その実行をサポートします。
• 品質改善とプロセス革新の推進
  • 開発プロセスにおける品質ゲートや品質基準（静的解析、コードレビューなど）の遵守状況を、形式的な確認に留まらず、その背景にある潜在リスクや改善機会を深く分析。データに基づいた洞察で、継続的なプロセス改善を主導します。
  • プロジェクトが直面する技術的な課題に対し、品質プロセスの専門家として、時に従来の枠にとらわれない新しいアプローチを提案し、開発チームをより良い方向へと導きます。
  • 品質指標の分析を通じて、その根本原因を丁寧に探求し、プロジェクトチームや品質管理層に対して、具体的な改善策と将来を見据えたフィードバックを提供します。
• 知見を共有し、組織全体のコンピテンスを高める
  • ASPICEアセスメント、機能安全活動、FMEAなどの社内レビューにおいて、建設的な議論を促進し、多角的な視点から品質リスクを評価。チーム全体の品質意識向上に貢献します。
  • 過去の経験や不具合事例を深く掘り下げて分析し、その本質的な学びを抽出。単なる共有に留まらず、組織全体の品質力向上に繋がる課題解決活動を積極的にサポートします。
  • 海外（インド、ベトナム、ドイツ）のSW-EPQとの密な連携を通じて、グローバルなベストプラクティスを積極的に学び、日本に合わせた品質改善施策を導入します。

We are seeking a Software Engineering Process Quality (SW-EPQ) professional to lead quality initiatives in our software development. This role goes beyond simple quality checks and issue reporting. You will be a crucial partner in ensuring project success by deeply analyzing the entire development process, and proactively identifying and mitigating future risks. We welcome candidates with a technical background in automotive software.

This position is ideal for individuals who constantly question the status quo, seek better solutions, and can engage and lead teams and stakeholders to drive quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. We are looking for someone who values constructive discussions with diverse experts and is passionate about mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Build Strategic Quality Partnerships:
  • Act as a core member of project management and development teams, gaining a deep understanding of quality processes and requirements from the earliest stages of product development. Proactively address quality issues and co-create a quality strategy that contributes to business objectives.
  • During the approval process for the Project Specific Quality Assurance Strategy and Plan, propose, define, and support the execution of an optimal quality strategy tailored to the project's specific characteristics.
• Drive Quality Improvement and Process Innovation:
  • Go beyond formal checks to deeply analyze the underlying risks and improvement opportunities related to adherence to quality gates and standards (e.g., static analysis, code reviews). Lead continuous process improvement with data-driven insights.
  • As a quality process expert, guide development teams by proposing innovative, and at times unconventional, approaches to overcome technical challenges.
  • Thoroughly investigate the root causes behind quality metrics, providing the project team and quality management with concrete improvement measures and forward-looking feedback.
• Share Knowledge to Enhance Organizational Quality Competence:
  • Facilitate constructive discussions in ASPICE assessments, functional safety activities, and FMEAs internal review. Contribute to raising the team's overall quality awareness by evaluating quality risks from multiple perspectives.
  • Deeply analyze past experiences and defect examples to extract essential learnings. Actively support problem-solving initiatives that elevate the entire organization's quality capabilities, moving beyond simple information sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with SW-EPQ counterparts in India, Vietnam, Germany to actively learn global best practices and implement quality improvement measures adapted to Japan.

Qualifications

• コンピュータサイエンス（情報工学）、ソフトウェア工学、または関連する技術分野の学士号
• ソフトウェア開発における3年以上の経験
• 自動車分野におけるソフトウェア開発の技術知識
• 問題解決能力および分析スキル
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
• 品質管理システムおよびプロセスに関する経験 (あると望ましい)
• 英語に堪能であること（日本語能力：あると望ましい）

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
• Automotive technical background in software engineering
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with quality management systems and processes is a value ad
• Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are an advantage)
