Description

• Warehouse productivity improvement by utilizing automated equipment and digitalization tools.
• Lead people transformation to adapt the warehouse transformation of automation and digitization.
• Warehouse quality management.
• Business plan: HC, budget & cost plan, etc.
• Manage and coach warehouse operators (E.G., arrange WBT, Step-up, and other on-job training…)
• Facility management, automated logistic equipment, forklift, belting machine, etc.  
• Systematic approach for problem solving, point CIP, LPC as method for process stabilization and improvement.
• Responsible for flow chart, FMEA & control plan
• Follow HSE and Quality regulations and procedures.
• Other task assigned by SM (E.G., 5S, Weekly OT application, Shopfloor-CIP competition, visit actives preparation)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with major in supply chain management, logistic engineering or related
• Proficient in English
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills.
• Knowhow of IATF16949, PMS
• Experience in SAP system
• 2 or 3 years of warehouse/manufacturing management experience
