Description

Are you a hands-on student with strong communication skills and attention to detail? We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our team, focusing on the exciting areas of prototypes and technical showrooms.

  • During your assignment you will support and organize the technical showroom assisting us to create an engaging and interactive space where visitors can explore the latest in technology.
  • You will document prototypes, processes and coordinate the inventory and logistics of the technical showroom and its prototypes.
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate internal events and assist with the setup and preparation of exhibition booths for these events, ensuring items are optimally presented and operational.
  • You will support in our 3D printing projects, where you’ll learn about the process and help bringing ideas to life.
  • Additionally, you will support content creation activities such as producing short videos and designing simple flyers to showcase ongoing projects and demonstrations.
  • Finally, you will also contribute to event preparation tasks, including checking equipment stock, organizing cabinets, and ensuring all required materials are ready and available.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in a relevant field with good grades
  • Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Adobe products, Adobe Premiere Pro and VBA programming is an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a friendly, self-driven and independent individual with organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Work Routine: onsite, office presence required
  • Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6-12 months – 10-15 h/week
