As a working student, you will be offering support to the tax team in their daily activities, having the opportunity to gain practical experience in the corporate tax field, including in the context of tax audits and tax compliance within a multinational company.

Responsibilities

As main activities, you will:

• Support in preparing documentation for tax inspections (document collection, preliminary checks, file organization)
• Assist with tax compliance activities (VAT, corporate income tax, other local taxes – depending on the level)
• Prepare and update the internal tax reports and working files
• Verify financial data and reconcile ERP information
• Support communication with other departments (accounting, controlling)
• Archive tax documentation
• Offer ad-hoc support for tax projects (e.g., legislative changes, simple analyses)

Qualifications

Education:

• You are a last year bachelor’s student or a first year master’s student of either accounting, finance or economics

Hard-skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
• Genuine interest in the field of taxes
• Good Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables – an advantage)
• English language skills – intermediate to advanced level

Soft-skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Eagerness to learn and proactivity
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Discretion and responsibility in handling confidential information
