Job Description
1.Estimates the resource requirements for the subproject before and during development
2.Prepares and updates the planning for subproject-specific development (schedule, cost and resource planning)
3.Tracks outlay/costs, deadlines, quality and functionality within the subproject
4.Tracks project progress by means of the measurements defined for the (sub)project
5.Coordinates the writing of the subproject-specific part of the design specification and the requirements
6.Coordinates the realization of the requirements by the subproject team according to the project-specific development process
7.Manages the subproject employees within the scope of the agreed tasks, outlay and deadlines
8.Carries out risk management in the subproject and keeps track of the derived actions, and highlight the risks to the project management
9.Identifies new and necessary competence requirements and communicates these to the domain
10.On time delivery of test results/reports to the internal and external
11.Be able to communicate with the customer for technical support, requirement clarification, and customer’s issue tracking

Qualifications

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above majored in electronics or electrical related.
2.Min. 3 years of related working experience.
3.Work experience in automotive electronics (Head unit or Telematics) field preferred.
4.Basic electronics and programming skills is requested.
5.Automation test experience is requested
6.Strong interpersonal ability to convince and influence the team or customers
7.Fluent communication with English.
