JOEM向けプロジェクトのプロジェクト管理を担当頂きます。CPjMのGlobal community と協力しながら、業務を遂行頂きます。

• プロジェクト管理及びプロジェクト目標の達成
• プロジェクトにおける顧客調整・連絡窓口
• 製品開発のプロセスを通して、プロジェクトに関する計画、管理、調整、モニタリングを行う
• 品質に関わる会議やレビューなどの計画、準備
• プロジェクト状況に関してマネジメントへの報告活動
• コアチームの指導及びプロジェクトチームの育成

Project management for JOEM project, collaborating with CPjM global community. 

• Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
• Being a key contact to the customer
• Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
• Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management
• Leading the project core team and developing the project team

Qualifications

必要な経験・スキル

• 自動車産業での勤務経験
• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（英語：TOEIC 650以上・ビジネスレベル）
• プレゼンテーションスキル＆ネゴシエーションスキル
• 起業家精神
• チームワークが得意な方

有れば望ましい経験・スキル

• そふと工学分野での学位
• プロジェクトチーム又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(3年以上）
• 海外のチームとの職務経験

Must have

• Working experience in automotive industry
• Good communication skills in Japanese & English
  • Japanese: Business - Native level
  • English: Business level (>TOEIC 650)
• Presentation skills / negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Safe appearance and good manners.
• High degree of communication and teamwork

Nice to have

• Bachelor of SW Engineering
• >3 years of experience in project team or project management
• Working experience with international teams
