1. 电子电气相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，英文可以作为工作语言
2. 5年及以上的电子设计经验
3. 5年以上汽车行业工作经验
4.熟悉EDA设计工具, 如Altium
5. 熟悉硬件架构和模块设计以及验证
6. 熟悉数字、模拟电路设计
7. 熟悉电子设计分析调试工具
8. 熟悉EMC设计，以及EE/EMC/ENV测试标准和测试搭建
9. 熟悉汽车客户项目流程
10. 熟悉Python/Labview/C 等编程语言优先

- 支持本地研发硬件设计，分析和设计硬件设计需求和传感器性能需求，提出关键器件(ASIC)选型需求
- 完成ECU/USS电路的系统设计，模块设计等，支持本地研发传感器项目的性能测试
- 支持泊车硬件项目管理，从客户SOR需求分析，到产品BOM创建的全生命流程
- 作为硬件研发支持其他PCM电子设计类任务，如EE/EMC测试计划制定，ECU PAV创建
- 支持新的泊车传感器预研，如UWB雷达
- 支持竞品Benchmark, 新技术分析等
- 支持工厂问题和售后问题的失效分析
