职位描述：
在项目报价阶段，为销售/技术项目经理提供技术支持，参与技术讨论，并分析客户的技术要求。
负责项目的成功交付，全面管理项目范围、预算、交付节点、整体时间表及潜在风险。
与跨职能部门协同，跟进项目管理中的所有里程碑与关键活动，负责客户沟通、内外部协调及问题解决，确保所有任务按期完成。
负责与客户就射频集成领域进行技术沟通，确保相关任务按时完成。
与客户协商并共同确定产品验证方案。
在项目开发期间，与来自其他地区的同事协同工作，确保所有任务按时完成。
在C样品和D样品阶段，负责发布所有必要的技术文档。
为产品在工厂的量产启动提供支持。
负责雷达产品相关的变更管理工作，并支持客户参观与审核活动。
Qualifications
任职资格：
工程类或相关专业本科及以上学历。
具备至少3年汽车行业工作经验。
做事高效，富有责任心。
拥有出色的沟通能力。
擅长冲突协调与风险管理。
具备流利的英语口语及书面表达能力。
具有电子工程相关领域经验。
