- 泊车/行车系统客户项目的日常管理
- 计划和指导项目开发里程碑（内部和外部），并监控进度（硬件，系统，软件等）
- 与客户，供应商和项目团队协商交付时间和内容
- 负责交付系统的整体质量
- 协调/领导迭代计划和周期会议，定期提供项目状态报告

- 管控，维护并调整项目预算
- 支持团队整合所有项目预算和状态
