Description
- 设计和调整软件架构。
- 设计单元模块接口和交互。
- 审查软件架构和代码。
- 定义系统架构。
- 调试和解决产品开发各个阶段发现的问题。
- 通过将复杂问题分解为更小的可管理的部分,来解决复杂的工程问题。
- 分析和优化嵌入式软件的性能和容量。
- 根据客户功能需求定义软件功能/要求。
- 支持客户现场问题的分析和调试，快速制定解决方案并进行验证。 支持与协调跨职能项目团队、软件/测试团队以及和客户端的工作。
Qualifications
Hard Skill:
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机工程、计算机科学、电气工程或同等专业。 熟悉汽车嵌入式系统的软件开发。
- 5年以上软件编程或汽车电子产品开发经验。
- 深入的软件开发知识（内存管理、操作系统、多核处理）。
- 熟悉 C/C++, Perl、Python等脚本语言。
- 熟悉Linux/QNX操作系统及编程,熟悉Hypervisor, 熟悉主流SOC芯片架构,
- 熟悉AUTOSAR,CI-CD 和源代码管理系统，如 Git、Gerrit、PTC、Jenkins、DOORS 等。
- 熟悉CAN、以太网等通信协议。
Soft Skill:
- 具有识别弱点、风险和依赖性的能力，分析问题和提出解决方案的能力，抽象和简化的能力。
- 具有软件开发周期流程的经验。
- 了解汽车软件产品开发周期和汽车安全完整性等级 (ASIL) - 良好的沟通、团队合作和表达能力。
- 具有积极主动和协作的态度。
- 英语听说读写流畅
加分项:熟悉Adaptive Autosar及汽车行业主流中间件, 具有ADAS SOC(地平线/英伟达/高通等)开发经验
