Main Objectives

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will:

• Take ownership of the visual identity for specific brands, collaborating with the Design Director, brand teams, insights teams, and global design while leading design team members.
• Generate creative design proposals, scenarios, and concepts to visualize desired outputs and share with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in research activities, translating customer needs into actionable design requirements and executing them into innovative solutions.
• Drive final design recommendations, decisions, and approvals to enable seamless artwork execution and production phases, considering all project variables.
• Ensure designs perform as planned, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
