As the Brand Manager for Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) in Seoul, South Korea, you will lead the Pepsi and Mountain Dew brands to achieve sustainable growth and profitable share gains. This full-time role demands strategic leadership, flawless execution, and seamless collaboration with our key bottler partner, Lotte Chilsung. You will develop winning brand strategies, manage in-market activations, and ensure alignment with global PepsiCo objectives. Identify key consumer and market insights to craft brand growth strategies. Deliver on annual operating plan (AOP) targets for volume, share, revenue, and profit while enhancing brand equity. Develop holistic marketing plans encompassing brand building, innovation, design, pricing, and activation, drawing from PepsiCo's global best practices.
Oversee the full spectrum of campaign execution, from creative development and production to media planning, promotions, and sell-in. Lead product launches with rigorous project management, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Category, R&D, and Finance teams. Monitor performance through post-launch evaluations, budgeting, and ROI analysis, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison with Lotte Chilsung, fostering trust, transparency, and joint accountability. Align strategies for optimal in-market execution in distribution, availability, visibility, and promotions. Co-develop innovation launches and programs to ensure speed, quality, and market impact.
To succeed in this role, you need a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Bring 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in the FMCG or beverage sector. A proven track record in managing campaigns, activations, and cross-functional projects is essential. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are key, as you'll manage diverse stakeholders including bottlers, agencies, and internal teams. Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is required to navigate local and global dynamics effectively.
