Job Description
Responsible for leading forecasting and business insights for CV and Pipeline products. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to update business assumptions in response to market dynamics and company strategy. Lead forecasting processes, providing timely assumption changes based on evolving market conditions and strategic priorities. Deliver integrated business insights by synthesizing market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence for launch readiness Collaborate with marketing, finance, demand forecasting, market access, and sales effectiveness teams to conduct ad-hoc analytics as required by business needs. Conduct company-level analyses and engage with China leadership and global BI&A colleagues to support long-term forecasting and strategic planning, including China 2030 strategy analytics. Manage and develop a team of senior managers specializing in IO forecasting and insight analytics. Demonstrated expertise in business forecasting, market analytics, and strategic planning within the industry. (More than 7 years industry experience.) Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Proficiency in integrating diverse data sources to generate actionable business insights. Strong leadership and team development skills.
