Job Description

Maintain department budget: Prepare and manage departmental budgets and site long range capital planning and budgets. Ensure Cost Center Owners have appropriate information and tools needed to develop and to be held accountable to their budgets Ensure adequate operational, infrastructure, and support capacity to meet marketing, R&D, and clinical needs: Responsible for the acquisition of new equipment, and facility layout, design, and construction. Responsible for the maintenance of existing equipment and facilities through department managers and their staff. Ensure department goals align with organization goals: Provide site master planning in accordance with strategic objectives while ensuring capacity availability and expansion capabilities Responsible for capital project conceptualization, planning, design, execution, and implementation. Ensure adherence to governing policies, SOP, and overseeing agency requirements. Develops and mentor's personnel while exhibiting Core Values. Perform other tasks as assigned.
