Job Description

Lead planning and execution for national and regional sales meetings, including POA Meetings, Regional Meetings, and DBM Development Meetings. Oversee Oncology presence and field engagement at key congresses and advocacy events, ensuring alignment across brands and functions. Support Sales Leadership Society (SLS), Quarter Century Club (QCC), and the DBM Advisory Board, driving cross-functional collaboration and communication. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proven experience in sales force enablement, meeting planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively engage with senior leadership and field teams. Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to translate insights into operational plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms. Strategic Planning & Execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Communication & Influence Operational Excellence Change Agility Leadership & Initiative Coordinate and support Monthly DBM Calls and Quarterly All-Sales Calls, ensuring alignment of key messages and priorities. Contribute to internal communications and engagement efforts, including the “Living Our Mission” Monthly Newsletter, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and culture. Work-life programs include paid national holidays and optional holidays, Global Shutdown Days between Christmas and New Year's holiday, up to 120 hours of paid vacation, up to two (2) paid days to volunteer, sick time off, and summer hours flexibility.
