Job Description

External Deliverables Build Scientific Partnerships: Facilitates scientific partnerships with National and Global Thought Leaders and research collaborations; at top neuropsychiatric institutions Gather Early, Actionable Insights: Conduct structured insight‐gathering sessions to uncover emerging clinical needs, treatment paradigms and barriers to optimal patient care. Translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations for clinical development, value messaging and market access. Engage in Deeper Peer-to-Peer Exchanges: Lead high-impact scientific discussions that challenge conventional thinking and advance the standard of care. Present real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs to key opinion leaders. Deliver Business-Critical Recommendations: Provide strategic input on trial designs, publication plans and launch materials. Advise on payer and HTA discussions from a clinical perspective. Liaise with large institutions to understand clinical levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials Collaborate on national congress materials. Work-life programs include paid national holidays and optional holidays, Global Shutdown Days between Christmas and New Year's holiday, up to 120 hours of paid vacation, up to two (2) paid days to volunteer, sick time off, and summer hours flexibility.
