  • Strictly manage product shelf life to avoid unsold returns within the channel
  • Enhance flow data management, accurately fill in purchase, sales, and inventory data, ensuring data accuracy and balance
  • Promptly and efficiently resolve issues within the channel
  • Develop DTP pharmacies according to company requirements, strategically layout to meet sales demands, focusing on dual-channel and proprietary pharmacies
  • Conduct daily management of DTP pharmacies, ensuring drug safety, clear data, and accurate inventory
  • Increase pharmacy visits, perform daily audits of DTP managed pharmacies, and monitor pharmacies for compliance, reporting issues promptly
