  • Identify and collaborate with target HCPs from appropriate market segments to achieve promotional plans
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key HCPs in the assigned area and region
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understanding their (medical) needs
  • Meet and maintain company requirements regarding visit frequency, knowledge level, skills, behavior, and personal image
  • Provide feedback to direct supervisor on the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
  • Develop and enhance professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
  • Share knowledge and experiences with team members

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
