下記の役割において、担当ラインのリーダーとして、検査･包装 管理職が定めた戦略を理解し、上司の指示の基で上司や同僚の支援を受けながら実施する。もしくは、関係部署と協同し、実施する。それらの結果の要約を担当の検査・包装スーパーバイザーに報告する。 検査/包装ライン管理 検査・包装のライン及び設備を管轄する現場責任者として工程由来の製品品質、実作業時間対標準作業時間、GMP製造管理及び検査・包装機械の保守状況の結果に関して責任をもつ。 担当ラインのメンバーに対し、作業手順を教育・指導のうえ遵守させ、業務を適正かつ円滑に実施する。 製造工程の改善が必要な部位に着眼し、上長承認のもと具体的改善に必要な実務に関して実践する。 検査・包装工程における指示事項及び製造指図記録書の作成・確認を行う。製造管理に関する記録がGMP管理基準に沿って記載・保管されていることを確認する。 製造管理手順書及び衛生管理手順書の制定・改定を行い、担当ラインのメンバーに対し教育・指導し、内容理解を促し手順を遵守させ検査・包装チームに定着させる。 Supporting People with Disabilities その業務に従事する場合に必要な知識、スキル、経験、コミュニケーション（言語力含む）/協力のレベル、深さ、範囲と言った要素を含む。 (Range of knowledge/skills/experience required and degree/depth/scope of communication (Inc. language skill)/corroboration.) 担当ライン・設備における製造管理手順書、品質管理手順書及びEHS手順書を理解し、担当ラインのメンバーに教育・指導できるレベル。 担当ライン・設備における検査・包装機械の構造を理解し、改善に役立てることのできる知識レベル。 新製品の導入・新規設備の導入に関するバリデーション計画書を作成できる知識レベル。 労務管理（作業時間・休暇・休日勤務）に関する就業規則レベルの基礎知識。 担当ラインのメンバーと密な連携を持ち、アドバイスやコーチングを通してモチベーション向上を図り、作業効率・品質の向上に結びつけることのできるコミュニケーション力。 作業効率・品質の向上させるために、別ラインや他部署のメンバーとの協働力。 専門分野に関して相手の明瞭な理解を得られるレベルのプレゼンテーション力（日本語） 担当工程の改善必要個所に着眼し、改善策を企画して変更管理手順に沿って結果に結びつけることができる行動力。 製造実績（中間製品・包装資材の消費）・在庫管理（資材在庫確認）に関するSAP機能が使用できること。
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assigned line as a leader, understanding and implementing strategies set by inspection and packaging management under the guidance of superiors and with support from colleagues or in collaboration with related departments
- Summarize and report results to the assigned inspection and packaging supervisor
- Oversee the inspection and packaging line and equipment, being responsible for product quality from the process, actual work time versus standard work time, GMP manufacturing management, and maintenance status of inspection and packaging machinery
- Educate and guide line members on work procedures to ensure compliance and smooth execution of tasks
- Identify areas in the manufacturing process that need improvement and implement specific improvements with the approval of superiors
- Create and review instructions and manufacturing directive records for the inspection and packaging process
- Ensure that manufacturing management records are documented and stored according to GMP management standards
- Establish and revise manufacturing management procedures and hygiene management procedures, educate and guide line members to understand and comply with these procedures, and establish them within the inspection and packaging team
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of manufacturing management procedures, quality control procedures, and EHS procedures for the assigned line and equipment
- Knowledge of the structure of inspection and packaging machinery to contribute to improvements
- Ability to create validation plan documents for new product and equipment introductions
- Basic knowledge of labor management regulations regarding working hours, holidays, and weekend work
