Job Description

Leading and overseeing the full commercial operations of the oncology portfolio. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, drive business performance, and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies. Lead the oncology business unit, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution of commercial plans.  Manage P&L, forecast performance, and deliver on quarterly targets.  Collaborate with medical, access, and regulatory teams to optimize brand performance.  Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture.  Represent the oncology business in internal forums and external engagements.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) in a related field
  • Experience in managing P&L for a business unit
  • Previous experience in oncology product launches
