Key Responsibilities

  • Collect in-depth customer information and understand customer needs, especially in disease management, share information with managers, and seek effective ways to handle customer feedback
  • Analyze customer types and business opportunities, and convert this information into business plans
  • Closely monitor and understand competitors' market activities, share innovative ideas with managers and the team to gain a competitive advantage
  • Maintain strong working relationships with various departments, particularly in professional disease education areas such as marketing, medical and regulatory affairs, market access, commercial, corporate affairs, and immuno-oncology strategic partnerships, to gain support in decision-making and execution in the region, driving business performance
  • Manage and monitor key activities - IHM (cover 50% as an on-site observer) / RTM (cover 80% as an on-site observer), manage and monitor hospital-related projects
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and learn scientific information, continuously self-study publicly released scientific literature, and participate in relevant symposiums and academic conferences
