Job Description

Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions in alignment to defined roadmaps.   • Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions in alignment to defined roadmaps
  • Design and maintain end-to-end reference architectures spanning authoring tools, DAMs (Veeva, AEM), CRM (Veeva, Salesforce), marketing automation, analytics, and cloud-native services
  • Lead the integration of microservices, APIs, event-driven workflows, and middleware in complex enterprise ecosystems
  • Champion GenAI/LLM use cases for content authoring, tagging, personalization, MLR support, and knowledge discovery under Responsible AI governance
  • Productize AI/GenAI solutions with MLOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure hands-on leadership in data privacy, cybersecurity frameworks, GxP validation, and risk management for regulated environments
  • Serve as SME for the end-to-end content lifecycle (authoring → MLR → approval → omnichannel publishing → archival), ensuring compliance, traceability, versioning, and reusability
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (architects, engineers, DevOps, data scientists, vendors) in global delivery models
  • Establish reference architectures, coding standards, and CI/CD/DevOps best practices
  • Drive Agile transformation across business & IT
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and mindsets across conservative or regulated environments
  • Partner with marketing, regulatory, IT, and vendor teams to align solutions to business outcomes
  • Influence technology adoption and innovation across Commercial operations
  • Identify opportunities, validate use cases, and drive business adoption of new technologies
  • Align technology roadmaps with business outcomes, including ROI justification, cost-benefit analysis, and vendor negotiations
  • Rapidly pilot and scale disruptive technologies and successful initiatives across the enterprise
  • Build high-performing teams and instill accountability through mentorship and talent growth
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior executives, brand/marketing leaders, compliance teams, and external partners
