Job Description

This role will play a lead role in all People Services activities from due diligence to integration and hypercare in organizational transformation transactions. The key responsibilities for the role will be: Serve as a key representative for the global PS function in enterprise-wide M&A and restructuring initiatives, from due diligence through hypercare, providing strategic input and aligning decisions with the PS operating model. Lead and coordinate the PS due diligence process by comprehensive data-gathering to enable informed decision-making. Drive the creation and execution of geolocation strategies within People Services to ensure optimal operational service deployment, service delivery management, and support for business growth in key regions. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the functional restructuring subject area, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business competitiveness and innovation Articulate findings and recommendations around the key financial, business risks, value drivers and process optimization. Partner closely with HRIT, HRBP, Finance, and Legal teams to assess and influence impacts on People Services ensuring risk mitigation and optimal operational outcomes. Monitor and assess workforce transition metrics, identifying opportunities for future improvements. Manage project budgeting processes, secure necessary approvals, and track expenditures. Direct employee restructuring initiatives associated with legal entity changes, new legal entity creation by ensuring effective transition planning, regulatory compliance, and operational execution. Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws in regions where impacted employees or the business are located for restructuring measures.
