Job Description
10 ans d'expérience de maintenance industrielle avec une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou médical. Bonnes connaissances indispensables dans les domaines suivants : diagnostique de panne, mécanique, électricité (article 15 est un atout) et pneumatique. Des connaissances en automatisme sont un atout. Doit être capable d'analyser et de développer des solutions à des problèmes complexes. Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement GMP sous respect des règles EHS établies Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques modernes. (MS Office, GMAO, etc.) , la maitrise d'un logiciel CAO est un atout. Excellente connaissance du français, connaissance de l'anglais (orale et écrit niveau A2). Bonne aptitude d'organisation. Excellent esprit d'équipe. Autonome et polyvalent. Orienté « Service Client » Esprit d'initiative Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective, participer et contribuer à l'optimisation des équipements de production. Assister, conseiller le service de production dans leurs activités journalières. Superviser les entreprises externes lors des interventions de maintenance Rédiger des procédures de maintenance et les maintenir à jour. Participer à la codification des équipements et des pièces détachées de production. Appliquer et faire respecter les exigences GMP, les règles d'Hygiène, de Sécurité, d'Environnement et les procédures lors de toute activité de maintenance. Participer en collaboration avec les différents départements à l'analyse des déviations et la définition et la mise en place des actions pour y remédier. Participer à l'installation des nouveaux équipements techniques. Collaborer lors de projets, de mise en service, ou d'interventions avec l'ingénierie. Renseigner les différents partenaires sur ses activités, ses interventions, ou sur les travaux à mettre en œuvre pour assurer la bonne marche des installations. Supporting People with Disabilities

- Supervise external companies during maintenance interventions
- Write and update maintenance procedures

- Apply and enforce GMP, hygiene, safety, environment rules, and procedures during maintenance activities
- Collaborate with different departments to analyze deviations and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the installation of new technical equipment

Required Qualifications
