Job Description

TASはソートリーダーを含む医療従事者等、一連の患者ケアを提供しているステークホルダーとの間で専門家としての強固な関係を構築し、その窓口を務めます。 TASは必要に応じてBMSの他のファンクションと連携して医療従事者のニーズをタイムリーかつ科学的に満たし、高レベルの顧客体験(Cx)を提供します。BMS製品の安全かつ適切な使用を最優先すると同時に、BMSバリューに沿って会社全体の営業成績とパフォーマンス目標にも注力します。 TASはフィールド勤務で、その勤務時間を外部顧客とのフィールド活動に注力します。 主な職責 ポートフォリオのプロモーション 適切な患者さんにBMSの医薬品を使用することに関する臨床的・科学的根拠を示し需要を喚起する。 担当する製品および疾患領域に関する高いレベルの科学的専門性を維持し高めることに常に努める。 指定されたテリトリーでBMS製品の承認済適応症のプロモーションを行い、売り上げ目標を達成する。 外部演者による講演会を企画し、承認された演者リストから講演者を選定し、適切なスライドレビュープロセスを踏まえた上で講演会を実施する。 総合的なテリトリー・口座開設を含めた口座管理計画を策定し、成功裏に実施する。 オムニチャネルツール(CE^3など)を積極的に活用してインサイトを得、訪問計画に適時反映させる。 これらツールの使用体験をフィードバックして継続的改善を促す。 公平でバランスの取れた科学的対話 科学的専門知識と情熱を持ち承認された科学的リソースと出版物を使用して医療従事者に情報を提示する。 医療機関等で説明会を企画・実施し、医療従事者とラベルに沿った製品の科学的情報を論議する。 新規データに関する高度な実務上の専門知識を保持する。 適切な範囲でメディカル部門と連携し未承認事項に関する質問や複雑な問い合わせに迅速に対応する。 クロスファンクショナルなコラボレーション 他のフィールドチームと積極的に協力し、医療従事者に最高レベルの顧客体験(Cx)を確実に提供する。 関連するインサイトや情報を社内で収集して適切なステークホルダーと共有し、BMSが顧客により良いサービスを提供できるようにする。 外部パートナーとの連携 特約店担当者と定期的にコミュニケーションを取り担当施設の自社品及び自社品関連動向を管理する。 アライアンスパートナー(該当する製品のみ)と密に連携し、医療従事者への顧客体験(Cx)を最大化する。 PV/PMS活動 PVおよびPMS活動を期限内に適切な方法で実施する。 BMSの行動規範のベースとなる法令、規制、ポリシーを順守する。

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including thought leaders, to serve as a key point of contact
  • Collaborate with other BMS functions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals in a timely and scientific manner
  • Prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on overall sales performance and company goals
  • Promote the BMS product portfolio by demonstrating clinical and scientific evidence to generate demand
  • Maintain and enhance high levels of scientific expertise in the assigned products and disease areas
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within the designated territory and achieve sales targets
  • Plan and execute external speaker events, selecting speakers from an approved list and following appropriate slide review processes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account management plans
  • Utilize omnichannel tools (e.g., CE^3) to gain insights and reflect them in visit plans, providing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Engage in fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved scientific resources and publications
  • Organize and conduct product information sessions with healthcare professionals, discussing scientific information aligned with product labels
  • Maintain advanced practical knowledge of new data
  • Collaborate with the medical department to address off-label inquiries and complex questions promptly
  • Work closely with other field teams to ensure the highest level of customer experience (Cx)
  • Collect and share relevant insights and information within the company to enhance customer service
  • Communicate regularly with distributors to manage trends related to BMS products and facilities
  • Collaborate with alliance partners (for applicable products) to maximize customer experience (Cx)
  • Conduct pharmacovigilance (PV) and post-marketing surveillance (PMS) activities within deadlines and in an appropriate manner
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and policies that form the basis of BMS's code of conduct

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy)
  • Valid driver's license

  • Certifications in sales or medical education
