Job Description

Portfolio Promotion Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed assigned targets in a compliant manner. Prepares and successfully implements account plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement. Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs. Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers. Advanced scientific degree; preferred: 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry as medical representative. Experience in drug programs required. Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx). Experience in TA required. Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude. Strong promotional skills proven through a track record of performance. Good written and spoken local language and English skills Proven track record of success in the field as Key Account Manager Relevant education, e.g. an academic degree (medical, life science, economics, business management) Experience in working in oncology environment Execution Excellence Coaching skills Business planning - Experience in analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans Resource allocation and utilization skills, analytical skills Experience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key stakeholders Understanding of healthcare systems, including funding policies. Ability to generate and use insights to dynamic call planning.
