As a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) Workspace at Cardinal Health, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This nationwide FIELD position focuses on ensuring accurate configuration data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and enabling actionable enterprise architecture insights. Your day-to-day will involve multifaceted tasks across project management, analysis, and implementation.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress meticulously, and deliver clear updates to stakeholders. Manage expectations by aligning deliverables with IT policies, resource constraints, and industry best practices to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements for EA Workspace and CMDB. Create comprehensive process flows, data models, and wireframes to document needs. Translate these into functional specifications and user stories that technical teams can execute effectively.
Configure and optimize CMDB data models to uphold data integrity and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Support Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management and maintain precise CI relationships. Partner with ServiceNow developers and architects for solution implementation, conduct surveys and gap analyses, and recommend process enhancements.
Design and execute test cases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and secure sign-offs. Maintain essential documentation like workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials. Leverage your business acumen to drive usability improvements and deliver stakeholder training sessions.
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate proven expertise and a strong foundation in IT service management.
