You’ll make an impact by 

  • You develop the Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering in the region, ensuring solid and profitable growth. 
  • You support the regional teams in defining and driving local strategies to expand the business. 
  • You monitor partner performance and support accurate forecasting. 
  • You develop and strengthen partnerships globally and handle the entire partner lifecycle - from acquisition through onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. 
  • You steer escalation processes and approvals for contractual documents and bid decisions related to system partnering. 
  • You act as a guide, partner, and mentor for Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering topics. 
Your defining qualities

  • You have several years of experience in Sales or Business Development. 
  • You have a validated knowledge in energy distribution and medium voltage switchgear technology. 
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
  • Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
