The Business Expert in Indirect Procurement role at PepsiCo in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, is a critical position focused on enhancing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) end-to-end (E2E) processes. Organize and facilitate P2P E2E Review meetings with top management participation. Support P2P teams in preparing and consolidating presentation materials, gather feedback from stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date reports for the Management Operating Review (MOR).
Continuously refine reporting methodologies to boost efficiency. Identify simplification and automation opportunities in P2P processes in collaboration with leadership. Analyze workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement enhancements.
Oversee the effective implementation of company internal controls within your scope. Initiate and contribute to control design modifications across responsible and adjacent areas, ensuring robust risk management.
Consolidate and analyze the procurement authorization matrix. Validate requirements for accuracy, maintain relevance to current processes, coordinate changes with relevant functions, and integrate updates seamlessly.
To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a higher education degree in technical, mathematical, statistical, financial, or economic disciplines. A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics and finance is mandatory, with FMCG sector experience highly advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel including PowerQuery, is essential, complemented by strong analytical skills and presentation capabilities. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus, as are Excel macros and financial modeling. English proficiency at B1+ level is required.
