Role Overview

The Business Resilience Manager - Crisis Management (Remote) plays a pivotal role in CrowdStrike's global Resilience organization. This position drives the development and implementation of comprehensive crisis management capabilities, ensuring effective response and recovery from disruptions, incidents, and crises via an all-hazards approach. Reporting within the Resilience team, you'll manage the enterprise-wide crisis response framework, team readiness, and plan maintenance.

Key to this role is preparing leadership and response teams through strategic planning, training, exercises, and continuous improvement. You'll support and lead crisis activities organization-wide, collaborate with cross-functional teams like Information Security and Corporate Communications, and advise executives during activations. Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the crisis management program by developing, implementing, and maintaining response plans, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate crisis exercises and simulations of increasing complexity to validate plans and build capabilities.
• Serve as Incident Commander or provide direct support during crisis activations, coordinating across response teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs for response teams and executives to enhance readiness.
• Conduct after-action reviews post-exercises and incidents, integrating lessons learned via corrective actions.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to align crisis response with business objectives.
• Integrate with business continuity, including impact analyses and threat assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in resilience through assessments and best practices.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Global Security, Communications, and Risk Management.

Qualifications & Requirements
