Collaboration with cross-functional groups to pinpoint pain points and improvement opportunities is central, alongside conducting user acceptance testing, creating test plans, and developing training materials. Managing multiple concurrent projects while prioritizing stakeholder needs will showcase your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
