Position Summary

The Business Transformation Specialist II/III/Senior role at Williams Companies in Houston, Texas, is your chance to drive strategic change in the energy industry. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead development, execution, and tracking of enterprise-wide transformation projects
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports for timely stakeholder updates
  • Lead project meetings, prepare materials, track action items, and coordinate follow-ups

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build financial models and conduct scenario analyses for planning and decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights via recurring/ad hoc reporting on KPIs, profitability, and ROI

Process Optimization

  • Assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
  • Develop detailed process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment on transformation initiatives

Communication & Collaboration

  • Coordinate communications and updates tailored to various audiences
  • Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Senior Level: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Management, MIS or related + 7 years in project management/business transformation/process improvement (Master’s + 5 years preferred)
  • Level III: Bachelor’s + 5 years relevant experience
  • Level II: Bachelor’s + 3 years relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as top priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
