As our B2B Field Marketing Manager (East/Central US), based in our vibrant Austin hub, you'll be the second US-based field marketer scaling Canva's North American presence. Reporting to the Field Marketing Lead in San Francisco, you'll design and deliver programs that create demand, deepen relationships, and drive revenue—collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to localize go-to-market strategies and activate priority accounts. You'll thrive in Canva's fast-paced, innovative culture where change is in our DNA. Partner with Sales to execute campaigns across east and central regions, craft tailored in-person and virtual experiences that move accounts through the funnel, and manage every detail from logistics to budgets with operational excellence. Experiment boldly with new tactics, iterate based on data, and align with global brand, content, and product teams to amplify Canva's message—positioning us as the essential visual platform for enterprises to create, communicate, and grow. We're seeking a strategic field marketer who loves building from the ground up, rolling up sleeves for execution, and delivering customer magic. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales to bring campaigns and customer moments to life across east and central US regions
  • Design and execute in-person and virtual experiences that move target accounts through the funnel
  • Build tailored regional marketing strategies aligning with Canva’s global goals and local audiences
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and budgets ensuring smooth, on-brand activations
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and product marketing teams to align messaging and amplify impact
  • Experiment with new formats and tactics to connect with enterprise audiences meaningfully
  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset, iterating quickly based on data and feedback
  • Localize go-to-market motions and activate priority accounts to drive demand and revenue
  • Scale Canva’s presence in North America through high-impact field programs
  • Influence pipeline generation and deepen relationships with strategic partners

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B field or event marketing, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company
  • Deep understanding of how to influence pipeline through localized marketing programs
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities
