As our second US-based B2B Field Marketing Manager for the East/Central regions, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling Canva's North American presence. Reporting to the Field Marketing Lead in San Francisco, you'll design and execute high-impact programs—from intimate executive experiences to regional campaigns—that drive demand, deepen relationships, and fuel revenue growth. This hybrid role, based in New York, offers the perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution in our collaborative, design-forward culture. You'll partner closely with Sales to localize go-to-market strategies, activate priority enterprise accounts, and bring Canva's brand to life through innovative in-person and virtual events. Expect to manage logistics, budgets, and vendors with operational excellence while experimenting with fresh tactics to connect with audiences. Collaborating with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams, you'll ensure every activation amplifies Canva's mission as the ultimate visual communication platform. With a test-and-learn mindset, you'll iterate quickly based on data, directly influencing pipeline and positioning Canva as a strategic partner for modern work. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales to execute campaigns and customer moments across East and Central US regions
  • Design and deliver in-person and virtual experiences that advance target accounts through the sales funnel
  • Develop tailored regional marketing strategies aligned with Canva’s global B2B goals
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and operations with precision and on-brand excellence
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and amplification
  • Experiment with innovative formats and tactics to engage enterprise audiences meaningfully
  • Apply a data-driven test-and-learn approach, iterating programs based on performance metrics
  • Localize go-to-market motions for priority accounts to drive demand and deepen relationships
  • Measure and report on program ROI, pipeline influence, and brand perception impact
  • Build relationships with regional partners and influencers to expand Canva’s presence
  • Support enterprise-scale events and activations that position Canva as a strategic visual partner

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field or event marketing, preferably at a high-growth SaaS or tech company
  • Proven track record of influencing pipeline generation through localized marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to execute both in-person and virtual experiences that drive funnel progression
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to localize go-to-market strategies
  • Bias for action with a test-and-learn mindset, iterating based on data and feedback
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
