You'll lead strategy development and tactical execution, translating bold ideas into briefs that activate across performance, lifecycle, web, events, and content channels. Design growth experiments, optimize workflows for speed, and define success metrics with data dashboards—ensuring every decision fuels real business results. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development, prioritisation, and execution of go-to-market strategies to scale Canva Enterprise in key verticals
  • Partner closely with B2B Verticals lead, Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Product teams
  • Translate growth strategies into clear briefs and activate tactics across performance marketing, lifecycle, web, events, and other channels
  • Design and run growth experiments to identify scalable flywheels for acquisition, expansion, and adoption
  • Set up creative cadences, workflows, and resourcing for operational excellence and speed
  • Define success metrics and collaborate with Data and Marketing Ops to build/iterate dashboards
  • Turn insights into actionable iterations and ensure data guides decisions
  • Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks for scaling vertical marketing across industries
  • Align cross-functional teams around strategy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Drive measurable business impact through acquisition, expansion, and pipeline growth

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in growth strategy or growth marketing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategies for specific customer segments, ICPs, or verticals with measurable impact
  • Strong understanding of marketing levers and channels including performance, lifecycle, web, content, and events
  • Analytical mindset with experience diving into data, interpreting trends, and understanding statistical significance
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including senior leaders through strategic communication
  • Experience in systems thinking, ownership, persistence in ambiguity, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling enterprise products in key industry verticals
  • Background in designing and running growth experiments and building scalable flywheels
