We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive specialized in Real Estate, based in our vibrant Austin hub with a hybrid work model that trusts you to balance flexibility and impact. In this role, you'll lead with creativity and data, targeting Real Estate leaders who need to scale stunning visuals for property listings, marketing campaigns, investor decks, and brand consistency across teams. Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you'll craft personalized journeys that showcase how Canva transforms chaos into clarity – turning complex site plans into interactive docs or pitch materials that win deals. Your passion for building lasting partnerships will drive new logos and revenue growth in this dynamic vertical. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target Real Estate prospects likely to benefit from Canva Enterprise
  • Analyze Real Estate market trends and dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized journeys with Canva's worksuite
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling tailored creative solutions to address unique Real Estate challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and enhance value propositions
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success)
  • Simplify complex business situations into customer-ready stories using Canva presentations, docs, and whiteboards
  • Navigate enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop innovative Enterprise solutions for Real Estate

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations
  • Proven track record of top performance in the Real Estate vertical within a technology company
  • Experience managing large named accounts on a global scale
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and new logo attainment
  • History of leading successful complex negotiations
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty in fast-paced environments
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and revenue management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling design, content creation, or collaboration tools
  • Background in Real Estate technology solutions
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives in complex organizations
