Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target Real Estate prospects likely to benefit from Canva Enterprise
  • Analyze Real Estate market trends and dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers through personalized Canva solution journeys
  • Act as a Canva product expert, demonstrating creative solutions for Real Estate-specific challenges
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform Product roadmap and enhance value propositions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Real Estate customers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite (presentations, docs, etc.)
  • Prospect and manage full sales cycles focused on new logo attainment in Real Estate
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Success teams to support enterprise sales motions

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations
  • Proven track record of top performance in the Real Estate vertical within a technology company
  • Experience managing large named accounts on a global scale
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and new logo attainment
  • History of leading complex negotiations and closing deals
  • Experience navigating complex business challenges in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Ability to create detailed account plans within intricate organizations
