As a hands-on leader in our Sales & Success team, you'll guide a group of passionate inside sales reps, turning inbound leads into thriving Canva Enterprise customers who unlock the power of visual communication for their businesses. In this hybrid role based in Makati, Philippines, you'll lead with a coaching mindset, fostering a high-performance culture infused with Canva's collaborative, innovative spirit. You'll dive deep into sales metrics using tools like Salesforce and Gong, providing pipeline support, deal strategies, and data-driven insights to exceed revenue goals. Partnering across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you'll enhance the end-to-end customer journey, implementing scalable processes that blend creativity with commercial success in our fast-evolving environment. You'll thrive if you bring 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including 2+ years managing inside sales in high-growth settings, with a passion for SMB nuances and team development. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives focused on SMB customers to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide hands-on coaching, pipeline management, and deal strategy support to drive sales effectiveness
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture through best practices and continuous training
  • Analyze sales metrics and data to identify trends, optimize team performance, and inform strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top inside sales talent to support Canva's rapid growth
  • Drive revenue growth by converting inbound leads into paying Canva Enterprise customers
  • Champion Canva's design-first mission in all customer interactions and team strategies
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and adjust strategies to align with business goals

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles
  • At least 2 years managing inside sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated success leading SMB sales teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Strong experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales intelligence platforms like Gong
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in data-driven sales strategy and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies for SMB customer cycles
  • Ability to work flexible schedules in a global, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling design, creative, or productivity software solutions
