In this role, you'll engage inbound leads excited about Canva's intuitive design platform, guiding them from curiosity to confident subscribers. You'll listen deeply to their design challenges, showcase Canva's powerful features through live demos, educate on premium plans, negotiate deals, and close sales to smash revenue targets—all while maintaining meticulous CRM records and partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine our processes. We're looking for a self-motivated sales rockstar with proven inbound experience in SaaS or tech, fluent English skills, CRM proficiency, and a knack for high-energy environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from potential customers
  • Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their design challenges and providing tailored Canva solutions
  • Educate customers on Canva's subscription plans, premium features, and value propositions
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase how Canva transforms design workflows
  • Provide accurate pricing, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance sales processes
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position Canva effectively
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless sales experiences from lead to close
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing insights on customer needs and design pain points

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environments
  • Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with flexible, shifting schedules based on business needs
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in sales productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gong, Outreach, or LinkedIn Navigator
  • Background in design tools, creative software, or visual content creation
  • Previous work in a hybrid or remote sales environment
  • Fluency in Tagalog or other APAC languages
  • Sales experience specifically in subscription-based SaaS products
