In this hybrid role within our International Supergroup, you'll collaborate with local product growth teams, linguists, and global stakeholders to identify localisation opportunities, adapt campaigns, and refine product experiences. From evaluating global messaging for German nuances to developing style guides with the Language Manager, you'll turn cultural insights into delightful, data-driven improvements. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize key opportunities for localisation improvements in German language content and experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the German local team on Product Growth initiatives to drive user adoption
  • Evaluate and adapt global messaging, marketing campaigns, and product features to resonate authentically with German users
  • Provide expert cultural insights and guidance to global product, design, and marketing teams
  • Work with linguists, translators, and local partners to ensure clarity, appropriate tone, and cultural nuance across all German-language touchpoints
  • Partner with the German Language Manager to develop comprehensive language style guides, tone of voice strategies, and localisation best practices
  • Champion the voice of German users internally, advocating for hyper-localised experiences that feel native
  • Analyze localisation performance data and user feedback to recommend iterative improvements
  • Document processes, insights, and best practices using Atlassian tools for team-wide accessibility

Required Qualifications
